Boaz Moselle is a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting. He is an economist who has specialised in energy markets, and has worked in academia, consulting and government.
Experience
As a consultant he has provided advice to governments and corporations in many countries on a wide range of energy policy, competition and regulatory matters, including renewable generation, energy efficiency and security of supply. He has provided written and oral testimony to courts, international tribunals and various parliamentary committees. In 2010 he co-edited (together with Dr Jorge Padilla and Professor Richard Schmalensee) Harnessing Renewable Energy, a scholarly analysis of the economic issues around renewable generation.
He was previously a Managing Director at the UK energy regulator Ofgem. He holds a PhD in economics from Harvard University, a PhD in mathematics from London University, and a BA in mathematics from Cambridge University.
