Debt Advisory
We provide an assessment of the optimum capital structure. We support our clients in the restructuring and/or renegotiation of debt which may include covenant reset negotiations, facility extensions and amendments, new money requests, debt/equity swaps. We support in the negotiation of restructuring proposals and finalisation of detailed terms and conditions.
